Shipping is done on Tuesday - Saturday. Once the package leaves us, we have no control over delivery. US Priority Mail is approximately 3-5 days within the continental USA, UPS is approximately 3-4 days within the continental USA. Each package has a tracking number. When shopping online through our secure shopping service, shipping charges are estimated and calculated automatically based on the total order amount of the purchase. On occasion, shipping charges may need to be adjusted for oversized or heavy items. In the event that shipping charges need to be adjusted, the buyer will be notified by email and must approve the additional shipping costs before the order is processed. Shipping will be surface mail by United States Postal Services or UPS. If you desire another shipping method, please call with your request. We will be happy to make other arrangements. Any additional shipping costs will be added to your order.
Customs duty charges may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damage During Shipping
