You may return any item within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. 
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the shipping charges. 

Our fragile items are packaged as carefully as possible but occasionally items have arrived broken.  We have insured your package and though it is a disappointment to lose a one of a kind item, we will process the paperwork for the insurance claim.   A digital photograph is very helpful for the claim.
