This pet collar is hand beaded by Phyllis Munyanyi in Kenya, Africa. It is beaded on leather and lined with a thin leather backing. The collar is 26" long with 4 adjustment holes. The first hole is at 21 1/2" and the last at 24". There are 2 D rings and the buckle is held in place with three rivets.
