The Maasai enjoy adorning themselves with a great deal of beaded jewelry.  The jewelry adds color, motion and occasionally sound as they walk and dance.  The beaded neck rings are especially evident at ceremonies and dances.  They add movement and motion as the Maasai dance their undulating dances. Several graduated neck rings can be worn at the same time to add to the flowing motion.

This ring is 7" in diameter.  It clasps with a single wire hook and eye. There are 9 rows of beads strung on a wire core.  You may purchase singly or in a group of three and either mix base colors or keep a uniform base color.
