This leather tie arm or ankle strap is 12" from end to end.  There are 9 cowry shells surrounded by blue toned beadwork on the 7 1/2" strip of fully lined 3/4" strap.  Firmly attached is a 4 1/2" leather tie.  The tie is pushed through the eyelet and knotted at the appropriate tightness.
