Martin lives in a small town called Kakamega in Kenya, Africa.  Kakamega has the last tropical forest inKenya.  He was stricken with polio as a child and has been severely disables since.  But that has not stopped Martin.  In a country with little handicap accessibility, Martin has found a way.  He and his family work hard to provide for their needs.

Martin and his wife hand spin the wool and then hand knit the wool into many wonderful creations like this afghan.  The most difficult aspect of his business is locating a market.  Aina Moja plays a small role in assisting Martin to find a market for his work.
