Neon Flash is a hand beaded on leather belt made in Kenya, Africa. The belt is 1" wide and 46" long with 8 adjustment holes from 33" to 40 1/2". The hand beadwork is 32" long. The belt is fully lined with a strong roll buckle, double rivets and leather guide.
