Each piece is hand made beginning with the coil start, no pottery wheel is used.  The designs are hand drawn then the pieces are "fired" on an open fire. 

This bowl measures 7 1/4" in diameter at the top and 2 3/4" high. It tapers to a smaller bottom. The bottom of the bowl has a "surprise"  Anita creates a small pocket at the bottom of the bowl and places bits of seeds and pottery inside.  The bowl then has a distinctive rattle
