Many Maasai women have been creating Maasai beaded jewelry since they were children. It is a tradition passed from mother to child.
These women have gathered together with a Peace Corps worker to gain more experience marketing their product. They have worked together to choose a variety of patterns and types of jewelry, and learn about the business side of their art. |
